Handmade by Frantoio Tini, its particularity presents itself in preparation of the modern milling process and cold extraction of olives and fresh organic lemons. Naturalness is the secret of our “Botticelli” flavoured olive oils, ideal for adding flavour with taste and authenticity. Botticelli does not have artificial flavourings but only two natural ingredients: olives and organic lemons.

REGION: Abruzzo (olives and production) – Sicily (organic biodynamic lemons).

HAVESTING PERIOD: the middle 10 days of October

MILLING AND EXTRACTION PROCESS: continuous milling cycle, cold extraction

VARIETY SELECTION: Castiglionese 60%, Dritta 20%, Frantoio 20%

SENSORY EVALUATION: fresh and strong aroma, fruity and citrusy with herbaceous scents
