Light and delicate, this fresh lemon flavoured goat cheese can gratify any palate.
Once goats are milked, the goat’s milk is processed raw and placed in small containers, where it is left to ferment between 12 and 24 hours. As soon as the curd emerges, it is left to drain into small baskets until the following day.
This careful processing leads to the creation of a fresh and tasty cheese with a slightly acidic note found in the aroma of a lemon, its perfect companion.
