Pecorino cheese of Monti della Laga (PAT, traditional agro-alimentary product).
A traditional product of the Lazio Region, it is made from sheep’s milk mixed with goat´s milk (up to 30%); it is cylindrical in shape, with sizes varying from 2 to 3 kg. The paste has a straw-yellow colour, the taste is slightly salty and spicy.
Available semi-aged (1-2 months) aged (3-6 months).
