The Abbruzzetti oil mill produces an extra virgin olive oil which is obtained strictly through cold extraction from leccino, frantoio and in a small part carboncella cultivars.

Olives are harvested in October and the processing takes place within 8 hours.

The oil obtained is medium fruity with sweet notes of almond, round on the palate with a slight herbaceous sensation, with bitter and spicy aftertaste. It is of greenish colour with shades of clear golden yellow.
