Sapor is the line of condiments obtained not by infusion but by pressing of olives together with lemons or cloves of garlic and rosemary leaves. Sapor is processed at the end of the main milling activity. The production consists in milling both the olives and the organic lemons.

Food Pairings: it is excellent for first courses with rice or for meat, cooked vegetables and salads, to add flavour to desserts such as the ciambellone marchigiano and all the dishes where the lemon wedges are usually used.
