High quality raw ham produced for forty years in the Marche region, in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains by Salumificio Monterotti.
The pigs selected by the Salumificio Monterotti come from farms in the provinces of Macerata, Ascoli Piceno and Fermo. Their slaughtering and processing is still entirely in the skilled hands of the master butchers of the Salumificio, with the aim of offering a product of the highest quality that enhances the true flavour and authenticity of a typical product of the Marche region.
Only simple and artisanal procedures are used, with the help of the classic fireplace with wood of the Sibillini forest.
