Spiced pecorino cheese
from Producer Casearia del Colle
Spiced pecorino cheese made from pasteurized sheep´s milk, rennet, natural milk starter cultures, salt and spices (chilli, truffle, walnuts and pistachio).
This cheese is presented in a straw-yellow hoop-like form of semi-hard consistency, the spices can be seen on the surface. When cut, slight holes mixed with spices are evident.
Taste and aroma sui generis.
Aging varies from 20 to 60 days.
Pieces of 250 g, 500 g or 1 kg, also vacuum-packed. Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 18 degrees.
