The Massi butchery was born forty years ago but it has been for twelve years now that Luca Ricciardi has managed it while respecting the most authentic gastronomic tradition. We produce fresh sausages, aged salami and soft salami, strictly without preservatives. Only pepper is added, as according to the peasant rule. Luca wants to underline the origin of the meat used, produced exclusively by the local farmers.
