It all started 25 years ago in the heart of Monti della Laga and Sibillini Parks. The Riti family began to produce some sauces, following the recipes of mum Vincenza and grandmother Lola, to be enjoyed by travellers who were passing through Salaria and going from the Adriatic to the Tyrrhenian Sea.
After 25 years the Riti Alimentari has not lost the quality of craftsmanship or the taste of the time. It has become a reality that produces good things for shopkeepers, from the largest to the smallest ones, for restaurateurs, for pizza makers and trendy bartenders.
