
Pettacci Salumi
The Pettacci-Tarragoni family have been running this small business in the town of Visso for around 90 years. The experience of the butchery was started by Agostino Tarragoni at the beginning of the 1950s. Today Giuseppe Tarragoni and his business partners try to prepare their products in strict respect of local traditions, which require selection of raw materials, following production rules and skilful aging in the cellars of Visso.
