Fresh pecorino cheese made from pasteurized sheep´s milk, rennet, natural milk starter cultures and salt.

This cheese is presented in a straw-yellow hoop-like form of semi-hard consistency, with a maturing period that varies from 20 to 60 days. Tiny eyes are evident when cut.

Taste and aroma sui generis.

It is packed in pieces of 1, 2, 3 or 6 kg, even vacuum-packed. Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 18 degrees.
