Spelt has its roots in a very distant past: being one of the first cereals cultivated by man.

This spelt is called pearl spelt because it maintains its skin. After cooking the grains can be eaten whole.  For a rich and healthy dish, we recommended it combined with vegetables, perhaps in a soup.
